Color: A nice, bright, inviting peridot green.
Louche: Very nice opalescence. Greens, yellows and white. Bright and attractive.
Aroma: Sweet, light, herbal and refreshing. Nice hints of wormwood with fresh and bright anise.
Flavor: Much more flavor than your average Vdt le Bleue. Herbal and (again) bright. The level of bitterness is more acceptable than with its cousin, Angelique.
Finish: Herbal and pleasant but needs to stick around a bit more.
Overall: Quite a pleasant departure from your average Vdt product. Many of them seem to blend in together, but this one stands out by being much more complex and interesting.
