Color: Clear with no visible defect
Louche: very quick to form. Attractive.
Aroma: Mainly anise and wormwood with hints of earthiness.
Flavor: Light and refreshing, but kind of like most of the other La Bleues. Really nothing stands out. Kind of is what it is.
Finish: Lingers nicely. Refreshing with mainly anise.
Overall: It really doesn't stand out much from the other Swiss La Bleues I have in the bar, but it's good, like most of the others. Refreshing and pleasant.
