Appearance: Very dark but natural brownish green color, akin to rotting olives. Clear and sediment free.
Louche: Lots of oil trail but no clouds. Just ends up a watered down version of the original appearance.
Aroma: Strong smelling almost rotten basil and mint combo. Menthol heavy and not what you expect from an absinthe.
Flavor: Not as bad as the smell but it tastes like an oily mint tea. There is a sticky texture to Knarr as well. No tastes of absinthe or the usual trinity or anything like that. This is not absinthe.
Finish: Heated and lingering from the flavor. Doesn't last too long though.
Overall: This is pretty much a fauxsinthe.
