1 oz dry gin
1 oz absinthe or Pernod
1 oz apricot eau de vie
1/2 oz grenadine

Shake with ice. Strain into a Champagne saucer.

Double quantity of water

Shake up long enough until the outside of the shaker is thoroughly covered with ice. Strain into a small tumbler.
