3/4 oz absinthe
3/4 oz cognac
3/4 oz kirsch
1 bar spoons orgeat
2 bar spoons cream

Shake with ice. Serve into a cocktail glass.

1 bar spoons lemon juice
1 bar spoons sugar
1 bar spoons absinthe
1 egg white
4 oz Scotch whisky

Shake in a cocktail shaker. Strain into cocktail glass. Serve.
