Duchess Cocktail (Waldorf-Astoria)

1 dash of orange bitters
1/3 absinthe
1/3 French vermouth
1/3 Italian vermouth 
 

Stir in iced mixing glass and strain into chilled cocktail glass.

1 dash Angostura Bitters
1/2 dry gin
1/2 Caperitif
 

Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.  Add a cherry.
