Stir in iced mixing glass and strain into chilled cocktail glass. 

2 dashes orange bitters
1/2 jigger of French vermouth
1/2 jigger of Plymouth Gin
1 dash absinthe

Plain Vermouth Cocktail

(Serves 6)

5 1/2 glasses French vermouth
2 bar spoons absinthe
1 bar spoons maraschino liqueur

Shake thoroughly. Strain into 6 cocktail glasses. Garnish with 1 maraschino cherry.
