Balaklava Special No. II

1 1/2 oz kümmel
3/4 oz absinthe
3/4 oz cognac
3/4 oz kirsch
1 bar spoons orgeat
2 bar spoons cream

Shake with ice. Serve into a cocktail glass.

Brazil Cocktail

1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 dash absinthe
1/2 French vermouth
1/2 sherry 

Stir well and strain into cocktail glass.  Squeeze lemon peel on top.
